Access to all the top listings. I shop new listings daily and go on tours twice a week scouting the best new homes in Marin that will fit my clients personal needs and requirements,as not waste my clients valuable time.

Strong negotiating skills-A great agent must be accomplished to negotiate as much as four times- when submitting an offer,removing inspection contingencies,after appraisal,and prior to close of escrow,to make sure my clients get the best deal possible.
