The Mountain Play is a wonderful local tradition that brings world-class theatre to the top of Mt. Tam each year, attracting nearly 4,000 patrons per show from all around the Bay Area and beyond. With the venue perched high on a mountain, this is a great way to experience theatre and is unlike anything else around. Ride the bus up, enjoy a homemade picnic and then hike the seven miles back to downtown Mill Valley for the ultimate experience.
